7 km from Can Micos is Santa Coloma de Farners, capital of the La Selva region. It is the ideal place to do a full grocery shop before arriving at the house or to restock during your stay.

Sils

If you prefer to be on the safe side, here are the detailed directions to get to Can Micos without any problems, whether you are coming from Barcelona, Girona or France.
- Access the AP-7 and take exit 9 – Maçanet de la Selva.
- Continue on the A-2 (former N-2) towards Girona for about 4 km.
- Take exit 697 – Mallorquines / Hostalric.
- At the first roundabout, take the 4th exit; at the second, the 3rd, following the GI-555.
- Continue towards Mallorquines and turn right towards Vallcanera – Les Comes.
- Continue along the paved road and cross the railway bridge.
- Turn left onto the dirt road (you will see the Can Micos sign).
- Continue along the road —easy access— until you reach the door of the rural house.
