Bookings

Once the decision to book has been made, the reservation will become effective upon receipt of a bank transfer corresponding to 40% of the total cost of the stay or service, provided that there are at least 15 days remaining before arrival at the accommodation.

If this condition is not met, the initial reservation payment must be made immediately, when the time remaining before arrival at the accommodation or before the service takes place is less than 7 days.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times depend on the specific rules established by each accommodation. However, as a general rule, the following times apply:

  • Check-in: from 4:00 pm

  • Check-out: until 12:00 pm
    (at weekends, if there is no subsequent booking, late check-out is permitted until 7:00 pm)

If you need to modify these times, please inform us in advance. Subject to availability, you may be allowed to access the house before the standard check-in time.

Admission

Upon arrival at the accommodation, all guests aged over 16 must present an official form of identification (ID card, passport or driving licence) so that the property owner can complete the guest registration form required by the Mossos d’Esquadra.

The establishment reserves the right of admission, which allows the immediate eviction of guests in cases such as:

  • Failure to comply with house rules

  • Disturbing the neighbourhood

  • Exceeding the number of guests agreed with the establishment

  • Damage caused to any area of the accommodation

  • Failure to comply with house rules regarding pets

Outstanding payment

Any outstanding balance must be paid by the guest upon arrival at the establishment, either in cash or by bank transfer.

Booking of additional services

Any services booked in advance, such as dinners, breakfasts, massages or other activities, will be charged in full if they are not cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations

If the guest wishes to cancel their stay, they shall be required to compensate for the cancellation of the contract, in accordance with the damage caused, as set out in the conditions of this booking cancellation policy.

Can Micos reserves the right to cancel a booking for any reason within 7 calendar days of receiving the reservation payment. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Booking cancellation

The establishment will attempt to rebook the cancelled dates. If successful, the full reservation amount will be refunded. In addition, depending on the reason for cancellation, the guest may be allowed to change the booking dates while retaining the deposit.

If the above does not occur, the following conditions will apply:

Weekend bookings:

  • If the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation amount will be refunded with 0% retention.

  • If the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% retention will apply.

  • If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, a 100% retention will apply.

Full-week bookings or peak dates:

  • If the cancellation is made more than 6 months (180 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date, a 0% retention will apply.

  • If the cancellation is made between less than 6 months (180 days) and 60 days prior to arrival, a 50% retentionwill apply.

  • If the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, a 100% retention will apply.

* Peak dates include Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Epiphany (Three Kings’ Day), Easter, St John’s Day, and public holiday periods of more than 3 nights.

Refunds

The reservation amount will be refunded within the originally booked dates. If possible, the owner will process the refund before this date.

Damage

The guest shall be responsible for any damage caused through negligence or improper use, as well as for the costs of repair or replacement.

Guests are required to make responsible use of the facilities. In the event of evidence of vandalism or reckless use, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time, requiring guests to vacate the premises immediately.
